Access Your swip9 Account
The swip9 login process is designed to deliver the smoothest experience without compromising security. Whether you are accessing from a laptop at home, a tablet at the office, or a smartphone on the go — swip9 ensures you can always sign in to your account seamlessly and securely at any time.
Every swip9 login session is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by leading banking institutions in Malaysia. This means all data you submit during the login process — including your phone number and password — is fully encrypted and inaccessible to any third party. Your account security is our top priority.
Swip9 also offers two-factor authentication (2FA), adding an extra layer of security to your account. When this feature is enabled, our system will send an OTP code to your registered phone number every time a new login attempt is detected. Even if someone knows your password, they will not be able to access your account without that OTP code.
If you have forgotten your password, recovering your swip9 account is straightforward. Click the "Forgot password" link on the login page, enter your registered phone number, and you will receive a verification code via SMS. You can then set a new password with ease. Make sure your new password contains a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols for optimal security.
Active swip9 players are advised never to share their login credentials with anyone, including individuals claiming to be swip9 staff. Our support team will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you receive any suspicious message requesting your login details, please contact our support team immediately via live chat, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
For the best experience, we recommend downloading the swip9 mobile app directly from this site. The app offers an interface optimised for mobile screens with biometric login — you can use fingerprint or face recognition for faster and more secure access compared to manually entering your password each time.
For your account's security, always log out after each session, especially when using a shared device or public Wi-Fi. swip9 is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
